Job Description
RSPB is seeking an Assistant Warden to manage two nature reserves in West Cornwall. Based at the RSPB Cornwall Reserves office in Penzance, you will coordinate habitat management and help maintain site infrastructure alongside a dedicated team of volunteers.
We are looking for someone with a practical, solutions-focused approach who is committed to creating safe and welcoming environments for both people and wildlife.
