Assistant Venue Manager - Bingo

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join a well-established bingo and casino operator in Dublin.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue, lead shifts, motivate the team, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring operational, financial and compliance standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, betting, gaming, retail or another customer-focused environment.

Strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
