Job Title: Assistant Team Leader- Loans Participation Desk
Duration: 8 months
Location: London/Hybrid (two to three days per week in the office requirement)
Salary: £460.00 per day via Umbrella

Our client, a leading organisation in the financial sector, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their Loans Participation Desk as an Assistant Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the daily loan processing requirements across the EMEA region while providing support and guidance to a talented team.
Your Role:
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will play a vital role in:
- Managing daily loan processing tasks while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Acting as a referral point for Administrators, providing guidance and training.
- Supporting Team Leaders and Section Head in strategic decision-making and planning.
- Liaising with external stakeholders, including financial institutions and bilateral customers, to ensure seamless loan transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input loan transactions accurately into the system.
- Monitor queues and reports to ensure all controls are met.
- Provide cover for colleagues and assist in process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct system testing with relevant stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- A solid understanding of Loans Administration, with current market knowledge.
- Attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work, ensuring zero errors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SWIFT payments and legal loan documentation.
