Assistant Store Manager: People-First Leader

Urban Outfitters in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Store Leader to support the store manager in achieving strategic goals. You will take accountability for sales, service, profitability and loss prevention while fostering the Urban culture and guiding a large team.
