Rituals Cosmetics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Spaldings Springfields Outlet. The role blends shop floor leadership with team coaching, focusing on delivering the brand's Feel Good Experience in a luxury retail setting.

You'll partner with the Store Manager on rosters, inventory, and sales strategies while coaching colleagues to grow and turn conversations into purchases. Availability evenings and weekends is required for this outlet.
