Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Retail Branch Manager and keep customers at the heart of everything we do. You'll help run store standards, lead by example, and deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

With strong people skills and a passion for our business, you'll manage rosters, budgets, and stock, while developing your team through the excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns Screwfix offers.
