Full-Time Permanent 5 Days out of 7 (Rota Basis)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Store Manager to join a leading self-storage business in Islington.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, maximise occupancy, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. In the Store Manager's absence, you will take responsibility for the operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of the store
• Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales
• Promote storage solutions and related services
• Help achieve sales and occupancy targets
• Ensure high standards of store presentation and compliance
• Supervise and motivate team members
• Take responsibility for the store when required, including lone working

About You

• Previous supervisory, team leader or assistant management experience
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to lead by example
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Flexible to work weekends as part of a rota
