Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every day. You will :

• Lead, motivate and inspire a talented sales team
• Drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Coach, mentor and develop future leaders
• Support recruitment, training and performance management
• Take ownership of department operations, merchandising and stock management
• Deputise for the Store Manager when required
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence
