Location: Corby
Hours: 40 hours per week (including weekends)
Salary: £37,000 + commission and company car

About the Role

Assist the management team at our cinch store in Corby, helping with the day to day running of the business and growing your skills as a manager.

What you'll be doing

• Motivate the team to deliver good outcomes for customers and achieve weekly sales targets.
• Liaise with customers by phone and email.
• Deal with customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience within motor trade sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self motivated, organised and results driven.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and/or productivity targets and KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence.
