As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be a Swarovski advocate, supporting a positive work environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial results. You'll coach and empower your team, act as a role model, and help shape the store's success every day.

About the Job
  • Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience.
  • Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance.
  • Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
  • Step in for the Store Manager as needed.
About You
  • 1-2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
  • Some leadership and coaching experience.
  • A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others.
  • Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
  • Responsible and able to take ownership.
  • Curious, empathetic, and results driven team player with a commercial mindset.
