Job Description
Assistant Store Manager

Are you looking for a chance to lead from the front and drive consumer experience in one of our stores? We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Eastpak Flagship Store based in Carnaby Street, London.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and profitability in synergy with your Store Manager.
  • Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates.
  • Assist your Store Manager in implementing our established retail processes whilst looking for ways to improve them.
  • Stay on top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory, P&L, etc.
  • Report performance metrics and demonstrate your understanding of KPIs to improve your store results.
  • Ensure your store looks great in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Provide cover in the store manager's absence.
Qualifications
  • Love interacting with customers.
  • Set a great example for the rest of the team with a hands on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience; not afraid to take initiative where your Store Manager is absent.
  • Play a part in creating a great team that shares your passion and vision to make every shopping experience outstanding.
  • Take pride in mentoring employees, seeing them grow, and having fun too.
  • Have experience in opening and closing a store, helping to lead and motivate a team and leading from the front to maximise sales and boost productivity.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication in English (another language is a plus but not necessary).
  • Proficient at using MS Office and different POS systems.
  • Flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
