• Work closely with the store manager to lead, inspire and develop the team.
• Drive commercial performance while creating an engaging and service-led environment for customers.
• Coach colleagues, build a positive culture and ensure the store operates to the highest standards.

• Experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
• Fashion, lifestyle or premium retail experience is advantageous, though strong people leadership and commercial awareness are equally important.
• May have experience as a senior supervisor or team leader, ready to step into an assistant manager position.
