Become an Assistant Boutique Manager at Neuhaus, the Heart of Belgian Chocolate in our beautiful boutique nestled in the heart of Covent Garden.

Are you ready to lead with passion and bring the finest Belgian chocolate to life? As our Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be the right hand of the Boutique Manager and a hands-on leader who inspires by example. Together, you'll create an atmosphere of elegance, joy, and excellence, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and a praline or two).

Your main missions:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver impeccable service and achieve commercial goals.

Drive sales performance by turning every interaction into a luxurious, personal experience.

Manage boutique operations - from stock and visual merchandising to smooth daily routines.

Coach and develop your team members so they grow with you and with Neuhaus.

Ensure our boutique shines - every display, every detail, every box wrapped to perfection.

You bring proven experience in retail leadership, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or premium food.

You are commercially minded and entrepreneurial. Results motivate you, and you know how to engage your team to achieve them.

You exude elegance, warmth, and confidence; your communication is polished, and your presence inspiring.

You are organised, flexible, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You are fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is always a plus.
