Now Hiring: Assistant Store Manager

What You'll Do:

• Support the Store Manager in all store opening activities and team onboarding
• Lead, inspire, and develop a new team to consistently deliver exceptional service
• Monitor and analyse KPIs, taking action to maximise results
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Oversee stock levels and operational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and daily operations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven retail management experience, ideally in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
• A confident leader who can coach and motivate others
• Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment
• Passionate about Timberland's brand, heritage, and sustainability values
• Reliable, adaptable, and excited to be part of a new store launch
