Assistant Store Manager - Uncapped Commission

Oak Furnitureland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead showroom sales, coach staff, and drive profitability. You will act as a brand ambassador, managing KPIs, health and safety, and stock while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this role you'll partner with the Store Manager, oversee recruitment, onboarding and training, and ensure a seamless omnichannel journey for customers. A strong consultative selling approach is essential.
