Job Description
Emma - The Sleep Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Manchester Arndale store to drive sales, coach Sleep Experts and maintain outstanding customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver strong operational standards and visual merchandising excellence.
You should have prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in retail, a proactive sales mindset, and fluency in English.
