Assistant Store Manager - Lead Retail Team (Bonus & Holiday Pay)

Clarks in Colchester is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead our retail team in delivering daily operations and exceptional customer service.

The role combines hands-on leadership with KPI-driven performance, inventory control, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and use POS, stock systems, and office tools to keep the store running smoothly.
