We are looking for a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team!

Your main goals as an Assistant Store Manager are to transmit enthusiasm for the brand to the sales team, support the day-to-day store operations, work closely with the Store Manager, and drive sales through product knowledge and team management.

Key responsibilities:

• Team Management: Transmit passion for the brand to the sales team, support the Store Manager, and develop your team members.
• Sales: Lead the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs alongside the Store Manager, motivate the sales team, and maintain a strong brand image during the sales process.
• Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by paying attention to every detail and providing high-quality service.
• Shop Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventory management, stock control, cash register operations, daily reports, and staff scheduling.
