WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER TO LEAD OUR BEAUTIFUL STORE AT FLORAL ST., LONDON!

You will be an ambassador for GANNI and work within our curated stores. The culture at GANNI is based on learning and results, with a shared purpose that unites everyone.

Your role involves leading and supporting your team to deliver seamless, efficient service tailored to customer needs.

The store operates on an omnichannel/omnicommerce approach where missing a sale is not an option. You will drive footfall through digital outreach, online booking, and in-store events, fostering the GANNI community.

You will work towards KPIs and help develop a team culture that is authentic, optimistic, results-driven, and eager to learn.

STORE

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and build loyalty
• Implement outreach programs to increase store visits
• Motivate and support the team to achieve KPI targets
• Support in-store shopping events and follow-up activities
• Analyze store performance and assist in strategic planning
• Identify sales opportunities and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Manage stock effectively

TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
• Develop and motivate the team to foster customer loyalty
• Coach staff to meet personal and store goals
• Organize staff training and meetings

COMMUNICATION & DEVELOPMENT

• Keep the team informed about business updates and trends
• Support clear communication within the team
• Handle administrative tasks like reporting
• Enhance your leadership skills continually

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of store management experience
• Strong digital clienteling skills and a solid client database
• Understanding of omnichannel retail
• Results-oriented with KPI experience
• Experience with business intelligence tools
• Leadership and sales training skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
