Assistant Store Manager - Employee-Owned Retail Leader

Rightway/Bevans Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Oswestry area. The role is based on 40 hours per week across 5 days from 7, with responsibilities including store leadership, customer service and stock management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment, be comfortable with multi-tasking and possess strong numeracy and communication skills. Driving licence is preferred.
