Assistant Store Leader - Drive KPIs & Customer Excellence

Lidl Ireland is seeking a capable Store Manager-in-training to support day-to-day operations and drive KPI performance at a busy outlet. You will help lead and develop the team, ensure stock and presentation standards, and deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers at all times.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting, with a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, and a valid full driving licence.
