Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Assistant Site Manager to join the team. As the Site Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations
• Possess extensive knowledge of the timber frame construction process
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
• Manage subcontractors and labor to maintain momentum and site standards
• Lead handovers, snagging, and final site presentation
• Track progress against the build program and proactively resolve delays
