We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-known, high-volume housebuilder on a brand-new traditional build development in Oxfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and respected business with a strong reputation for quality and a solid pipeline of work.

Role

Supporting the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy residential development, helping to ensure units are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the management of site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
• Supporting programme delivery and ensuring targets are met
• Upholding health & safety standards
• Monitoring quality throughout the build process
• Assisting with site inspections and reporting

About You

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within housebuilding
• Strong understanding of traditional build housing
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified (or working towards)
• Proactive, organised and keen to progress your career
