Project: Havant Thicket Reservoir Project - Pipeline Element
Location: Bedhampton, Hampshire (Full-time, site-based)

Role Overview: Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager looking for a new role in Hampshire? This role will support the Project Manager by overseeing the non-construction aspects of the project, ensuring smooth management of consents, stakeholder relationships, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project consents and necessary approvals.
• Handle client-facing communication and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the pipeline element of the reservoir project.
• Coordinate activities to ensure that timelines and project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards on-site.
• Support the Project Manager in the management of site operations and project teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Background: Engineering qualification (Civil Engineering or related field).

Experience:

• Experience in heavy civil engineering projects is essential.
• Water industry experience is desirable, but not required.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relations and handle consents.
• Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.

Skills

• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
