Assistant Site Manager - Housebuilding (Temp-to-Perm)

We're currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a large-scale, traditional build residential development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established housebuilder on a temp-to-perm basis, with the chance to secure a permanent position on a long-term project within a busy region.

Role

Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting site operations across a busy new build housing development
• Managing subcontractors and trades on site
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Assisting with quality control and inspections
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting updates
• Helping to ensure plots are completed to handover standard

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential new build
• Strong knowledge of traditional build housing
• Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
