Assistant Site Manager Home " Residential " Assistant Site Manager
Salary: £30k - £36K plus package
Location: East Sussex
Region: South East

Assistant Site Manager required for an East Sussex Developer, working and Assisting on high end- residential projects worth circa £100m.

The Company:

The client concerned is one of the UK's largest and leading property developers, aiming to be the developer of choice for high-profile clients in London and the South East.
The company has a reputation for imaginative design; build quality and customer service, with the skills needed to complete a wide range of Projects - from large high-end developments to affordable housing.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience of working on a housing development in the UK
• Relevant CSCS
• Excellent communicator
• Drive projects forward
• Must live in the UK
