Job Description
JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a permanent, full-time role near Southampton. You will oversee the completion and handover of around 100 residential units, ensuring high quality finishes on a traditional build. A proven residential background and a strong commitment to workmanship are essential.
You will coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to meet deadlines, manage plot finish, and ensure safety standards. CSCS, SSSTS, and First Aid certifications are required.
