Job Description
Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established housebuilder on a new-build residential development in Keresley, Coventry. You will need prior experience on new-build housing projects.
Salary up to £50,000 plus an excellent benefits package. You will support the Site Manager, coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, assist with programme delivery and site inspections, and uphold NHBC standards and company procedures.
