Assistant Site Manager - Falkirk

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager based at our development in Whitecross, Falkirk. The role provides on site support to the Site Manager, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the build programme and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Control all labour on site, including direct and subcontractors, coordinating activities plot by plot and in line with the build programme.
• Monitor all site activities, direct labour and subcontract packages to ensure operations comply with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
• Ensure that site security is adequate and maintained at all times, including traffic management, theft prevention and public access control.
• Provide cover during periods when the Site Manager is offsite, for meetings, holiday cover or sickness as required.

Requirements

• Experience working in a similar role, ideally with a housebuilder.
• Ability to plan, organise and monitor subcontract activity day by day.
• Positive can do attitude to succeed and progress within the business.
• Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations.
