Assistant Site Manager - Build Homes, Grow Your Career

Persimmon Homes in Burton upon Trent is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget. You will help supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will coordinate safety inspections, manage subcontractors, and maintain records of inductions, timesheets and incident reports while liaising with internal teams and external partners to keep the build programme on
