Job Description

Skilled Careers is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a flagship 58-unit housing development in Saffron Walden. You will work closely with the Site Manager to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in volume residential developments, strong knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage site safety and inspections. A competitive package with car allowance and bonus is on offer.
