Assistant Shop Manager - Lead Retail & Community Impact

Mind Retail is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to work with the Shop Manager and volunteers to hit sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will help maintain high shop standards and support the local community, taking full responsibility in the Manager's absence.
