Job Description
Bayne's the Family Bakers is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Hamilton shop. The role covers 39 hours per week with variable shifts including weekends, from early morning until around 5 pm.
You will support the shop manager with daily operations, rostering, and staff induction while ensuring top customer service and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate has supervisory or management experience and a passion for retail in a fast-paced bakery environment.
