Job Description
Steven Eagell Limited is seeking a proactive service team member in Wolverhampton to support day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer care. You will collaborate with Sales, Parts and Administration to boost retention and referrals, while coaching colleagues and upholding Toyota Brand Values.
You will also help manage warranty administration, workshop processes and customer queries, supporting the Service Manager and driving continuous improvement across the department.
