This is a great opportunity for someone to join this excellent fine dining restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes as Assistant Restaurant Manager. You must be an Assistant Restaurant Manager or a Supervisor ready for a step up, who has experience in a similar style of restaurant and who knows the standards and style of service required. This is a busy restaurant and so you must be an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is good with fast pace and busy service. You will have a passion for the Hospitality industry and for delivering first class service.
You must have excellent knowledge of food as well as wine and other drinks. As Assistant restaurant Manager, you will help to train and develop the team.
If relocating, there is an option for staff accommodation.
