We are looking for a hands on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll play an integral role in maintaining high service standards and supporting the day to day operations of a busy restaurant environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the day to day management of restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and safety
• Leading and supporting the front of house team, promoting teamwork and effective communication
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest queries or concerns
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
• Assisting with staff scheduling, stock control, and administrative duties
• Helping create a memorable dining experience for every guest

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised, self motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
