The Panorama Restaurant at The Montenotte seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead service excellence, business performance, and team development in a 4 / 5 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a culture of service excellence: role model appropriate behaviours, inspire the team to consistently provide outstanding service, engage guests confidently, and collaborate with the kitchen to promote continuous improvement.
• Manage business performance: maximise revenue and profit, focus on sales, control costs, participate in planning, and execute marketing initiatives including social media and robust business processes.
• Motivate and develop employees: ensure training, drive performance, foster openness, effective communication, and teamwork.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous management role in a hotel restaurant of similar size at 4 or 5 level.
• Strong focus on exceptional customer care and consistent delivery of service standards.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team to exceed expectations.
• Financial and business acumen: driving revenue, managing budgets, ordering, purchasing, and compiling and delivering sales & marketing plans.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a busy hotel management team.
