In the heart of Scotland, we're set in a 900 acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, we've been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. About the role

We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team at Crieff Hydro. With a choice of restaurants across the resort offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role in a busy, varied dining environment.


Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll help oversee smooth day to day operations - leading by example during service, supporting the team on the floor, and keeping standards consistently high.


You'll also play a key role in coaching and developing a team of servers and bartenders - getting involved in training, rotas, recruitment, and team engagement. It's a hands on, people first role in a fast paced, friendly environment where no two days are the same.


This is a full time, permanent position (45 hours per week), and live in accommodation is available.


What we need from you

  • Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a similar restaurant or hotel setting.

  • Leadership: A confident, approachable team leader who brings out the best in others.

  • Organisation: Calm under pressure and able to coordinate smooth, efficient service.

  • Team Player: Always ready to support your team and collaborate with other departments.

  • Passion for Food & Drink: A genuine interest in Scottish produce, guest experience, and great hospitality.

  • A competitive salary up to £33,000 per annum plus a share of tips estimated at £3,000 per annum for full time team members.
