Assistant Restaurant Manager - Luxury Country House

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospitality professional to join a renowned country house hotel as Assistant Restaurant Manager. Supporting the Restaurant Manager, you will help deliver warm, attentive service within a relaxed yet refined restaurant set on a beautiful countryside estate, celebrating seasonal British cuisine and quality produce.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the front-of-house team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain consistently high service standards, with genuine progression opportunities.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Supporting the management of daily restaurant operations
• Maintaining exceptional service and presentation standards
• Assisting with training, rotas, and team development
• Overseeing reservations and ensuring a seamless guest journey
• Handling guest feedback professionally and confidently
