Assistant Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining Restaurant

We're supporting a fantastic opportunity to join an intimate, highly regarded fine dining restaurant set within a charming townhouse in Cambridge. Known for its precise, beautifully presented dishes and thoughtful service, it offers an elevated tasting menu experience in a relaxed yet refined setting.

With a small, close-knit team at its core, the restaurant prides itself on delivering exceptional hospitality that feels personal, polished, and genuinely welcoming.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day running of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable dining experience.

• Up to £40,000 per annum, including service charge
• 4 day working week - One early finish at 5pm each week
• 40 hours per week
• Working within a small, tight knit and supportive team

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the front-of-house team
• Delivering exceptional, detail driven service throughout each sitting
• Building strong relationships with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Contributing to the overall guest journey, from arrival through to departure
