As Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will support the team, take charge of day to day operations, and help the restaurant hit performance goals while ensuring the team not only meets expectations but exceeds them. You will own the operations, the atmosphere, and the guest experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating a place where guests and the team feel at home.

This role supports the team in achieving performance targets, managing staff and operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the team, take ownership of the restaurant, help drive performance and keep the vibe alive.
• Build a dream team by training, coaching and motivating crew to meet standards and exceed them.
• Hit KPIs and support the team to deliver expected results for every shift.
• Ensure smooth operations by maintaining rosters, stock and behind the scenes work.
• Make every guest feel special by turning first timers into regulars.

Qualifications

• Experienced team leader who can lead by example.
• Understanding of people, able to build strong teams, handle tough conversations and make everyone feel valued.
• Capable of maintaining smooth operations - efficient, clean, compliant - even during hectic periods.
