Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager

Position Summary

Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee a team of like minded individuals whilst being committed to leading by example, motivating others, and providing exemplary service to our guests.

You'll have experience motivating a hospitality team, be highly conscientious and be ready to hit the ground running.

This is a full time position (45 hours per week). You will have full availability to work a range of shifts on a rota basis including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience at Assistant Manager / Supervisor level within a similar environment.
• A passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage with strong product knowledge.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
• A desire to work in a professional guest focused hotel environment.
• Professionalism and excellent personal presentation.
