Position: Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager
Location: Bartley Lodge Hotel, Nr Lyndhurst, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £28,500 dependent on experience, per annum + Benefits

Your Role:

As the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee day to day operations of our restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and help deliver memorable dining experiences in a beautiful and relaxed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and motivating the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service
  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and presentation
  • Assisting with training and development of staff to maintain high service standards
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A team player who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
  • A positive, can do attitude and a love for working with people
