My client is a well-renowned Residential Developer with offices across the UK. They have over 60 years of experience in the sector and an outstanding reputation for high-quality build, design, and management practices. They have received numerous awards for their work.

They are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Sevenoaks, Kent. The company offers a fantastic working culture and environment.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated longevity in previous roles, experience with low-rise apartments or house builds, and prior QS experience.

The salary will be commensurate with experience.
