There are also opportunities for CPD, service development, and projects. No prior expertise in ADHD is required; we welcome applicants with a range of relevant experience and will support your learning in the role. The team includes clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, senior mental health practitioners, and non-medical prescribers.

Most clinical work is conducted online, with an expectation to be in the office once a week.

  2. Deliver psychological interventions via 1-1 and group sessions, designed to help clients manage ADHD symptoms and consequences. Conduct assessments for these interventions, and offer advice and consultancy to clients and professionals under supervision.
  3. Work supported by senior colleagues, utilizing the expertise within the team to develop clinical skills with this client group.
  4. Work independently within a defined occupational context, adhering to professional guidelines and protocols.
  5. Receive regular supervision in accordance with Trust policies and BPS guidelines.
  6. Operate within a value system emphasizing person-centred care, client autonomy, social inclusion, and dignity.
