Assistant Project Manager

Help shape the future. At Gretna Green, we're investing in our future. From enhancing our hotels and retail spaces to creating new visitor experiences, we're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help deliver projects that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.

Reporting to the Head of Property, you'll support the planning and delivery of refurbishment and development projects across our unique estate. Working with contractors, suppliers and colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Salary Hours Location

Competitive 40 hours per week Central Office

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Supporting projects from concept through to completion.
• Coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and timelines.
• Carrying out site inspections to oversee quality, progress and compliance.
• Supporting procurement, project documentation and handovers.
• Helping deliver projects with minimal disruption to our operations.

What we're looking for

• Experience in construction, refurbishment, or project coordination, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or leisure sectors.
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with a practical, hands on approach.
• Experience with fit out projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations is beneficial but not essential.
• IOSH qualification is desirable but not essential.
