Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager needed in Gloucester Paying £21.14 per hr ref

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Assisting with project planning, programming, and monitoring progress
• Preparing reports, technical documentation, and project records
• Supporting stakeholder engagement with residents, members, partners, and other key groups
• Applying relevant policies, processes, and design standards
• Ensuring health & safety requirements - including the CDM Regulations 2015 - are embedded throughout all project stages
• Contributing to scheme development, design reviews, and risk assessments
• Supporting project managers in coordinating contractors, consultants, and delivery teams
• Helping ensure projects deliver measurable safety, sustainability, and accessibility benefits

This role provides structured development and exposure to the full project lifecycle, helping you build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to progress towards more senior responsibilities within highways project management.
