Manor Farm is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Process Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will support process optimisation, equipment performance, and continuous improvement across a fast paced food manufacturing site. What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting process improvement initiatives and equipment optimisation projects.

• Monitoring equipment performance, assisting with maintenance planning, and tracking work orders through the CMMS.

• Participating in root cause analysis and helping implement corrective and preventative actions.

• Assisting with SOP updates, GMP compliance activities, and internal/external quality audits.

• Supporting cost reduction, energy efficiency, and equipment uptime initiatives.

• Providing day to day technical support to Production and working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Health & Safety teams.

What You'll Bring

• A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or a related field.

• 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment (food manufacturing experience is an advantage).

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
