Assistant Practice Manager - Rural GP Practice Leadership

NHS Wiltshire is seeking a part-time Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager and Lead GP in delivering safe, effective patient care. The role covers Clinical Governance, HR and Business Administration, with emphasis on strong team leadership and cross-team communication.

We value a hands-on, positive approach and experience in GP practice management or similar, with flexibility to attend meetings and cover administrative duties as needed.
