We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Pharmacy Manager to join our team in our pharmacy in the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre.

This is a full time permanent position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive Commercial Success: ensure that pharmacy targets are met
• Future Focused: Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• HR Compliance & People Practices: Stay fully informed of company HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and fair application within the team.
• Be a Problem Solver: address customer complaints and elevate as appropriate to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Be There for Customers: Champion a high standard of customer care by actively engaging with customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and empathy.

A least one-year retail management experience
